RIP OFF

This app does not apply the full credits when you purchase credits to send to some one . I made three purchases of $20 each and they only applied about $15 to the person receiving the credits , even after they charged me the transition fee. THIS IS A RIP OFF. DO NOT PURCHASE any credits from them . !!!!!
