Terrible

Customer service is horrible. Payment does not go through. When you speak with a representative, they tell you to send them a copy of your ID. Still does not work. Spoke with another representative, he wanted me to send more ID. Still, I cannot top up my phone.
Useless. Using MobileRecharge with no problems. Avoid this company.
